New Client Consultation
A consultation is required before booking a color service so I can evaluate the current state of your locs, your desired color, and the best process to get you there safely. We’ll discuss whether you’re looking for full coverage, patterns, tips, or touch-ups—and I’ll walk you through the difference between single process, double process, and lift-and-tone techniques. I’ll also go over the products I use, the importance of selecting your correct hair length, and how color might affect your maintenance moving forward. You’ll have the chance to ask any questions and clarify your vision so that we’re both aligned before your appointment.
About Service
All color services include a full wash and palm roll retwist, so your crown leaves fresh, vibrant, and neatly maintained. Options include all-over lift and tone, double or single process color, partial color placements, precision-cut patterns, tips (single or double process), and root/tip touch-ups. Color is included in the service, but it’s important that you select your correct hair length when booking so I can ensure the right amount of product is prepped for your session. You must also share your desired color during booking so I can plan and formulate in advance. As always, I use techniques and products that preserve the health and integrity of your locs.
after care
After coloring, your aftercare is similar to that of full head, crown, or kids services—with a few extra steps to protect your color. Use a bonnet at night, oil your scalp once or twice a week, and avoid harsh shampoos that strip moisture or fade color. I recommend washing your hair every two weeks and following up with deep conditioning treatments or hot oil services when needed. Stay consistent with your maintenance schedule and I’ll let you know when it’s time for a touch-up or refresh. Keeping your crown hydrated and protected will help your color last longer and your locs stay strong.
how to book

Choose the type of color service you want—whether it’s full coverage, tips, patterns, or a touch-up—and make sure to select your correct hair length so I can prepare the right amount of color. When booking, please include details about the color you’re requesting so I can plan ahead. The earliest available dates will appear once your options are selected; choose your time and pay the deposit to confirm.
