consultation

If you are not yet a current client, or I haven't worked with you in over three (3) months, the first step in the process would be to book a New Client Consultation. At the consultation we will discuss any hair issues or concerns you may have, answer any questions you may have about locs, and go over the care of your locs. At the conclusion of your consultation we will schedule your next maintenance appointment.

loc Maintenance Options

For your Wash and Retwist appointment Bee will wash and condition your hair as well as oil your scalp. The option for a deep maintenance is available for those who would like a hot oil treatment and scalp massage. Scalp detox and ACV soaks are available for anyone who feels they could benefit from build-up extraction. There are also style options you can select from including rope twists, loc knots, petals, and more.

Wash & Retwist are based on length starting at the armpit. Hair past the armpit has an additional $10 charge. (ex: Wash & Retwist is normally $75, for clients with bra strap length hair will be $85. All styles the same price for all lengths.)

3

"Crown" services

"Crown" services are for clients with locs on the top of their head and undercut from temple to temple. The only difference in pricing are the routine maintenance and style options. All color, trim, repair, and consultation prices apply to both full head and crown clients.

Crown Wash & Retwist are based on length starting at shoulder length. Hair past the shoulder has an additional $10 charge. (ex: Wash & Retwist is normally $60, for clients with bra strap length hair will be $70. All styles the same price for all lengths.)

after care

An oil and wash routine is ideal for strong healthy locs. Also, I suggest that you use a durag instead of a bonnet for your starter phase, and a bonnet for matured locs.

The suggested maintenance schedule is once a month to maintain manicured locs, once every 1.5 months for semi-free forming locs, and once every 2 months for free forming locs. If you go more than three (3) months without communicating that you are doing self care we request that a New Client Consultation is booked in order to follow up.
